Pfizer’s corporate EHS group needed a global partner to develop, implement and execute a global supply chain audit program, to evaluate potential supply chain risks related to environmental performance and compliance at its contract manufacturers in the Americas, EMEA, APAC regions. This entailed conducting approximately 100 global audits in 18 months.
Pfizer needed a business partner well versed with Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI) audit protocols and Anti-Microbial Resistance (AMR) framework.
