Pfizer’s Rocky Mount, NC manufacturing site uffered significant damage due to a tornado. To address the environmental aspects of site recovery, Pfizer retaned the Catalyst Group to provide environmental consulting services aimed at supporting Pfizer’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team during the recovery phase.
The Catalyst Group provided comprehensive environmental consultative services to support Pfizer’s recovery efforts at the Rocky Mount, NC manufacturing site following tornado damage. We developed and implement a strategic plan that ensures compliance with local, federal, and Pfizer EHS standards, while coordinating efficiently with Pfizer’s EHS team and other contractors. The scope of services includes:
Deploying a Project Director with disaster recovery experience and an On-Site Coordinator to manage daily environmental activities.
Developing and executing an environmental strategy for clean-up, demolition, remediation, and waste disposal.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and Pfizer standards.
Coordinating with the overall site recovery project manager and other contractors.
Maintaining accurate records of environmental recovery activities.
Identifying appropriate disposal and treatment methods for waste generated during recovery.
