The Arliga Ecoworld 4D Project, a prominent construction initiative managed by Brookfield Properties in Bangalore, sought to ensure compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) standards. To achieve this, Bureau Veritas engaged The Catalyst Group to conduct comprehensive audits of the project’s environmental and occupational health and safety practices. The goal was to identify compliance gaps, assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvement to support the project’s adherence to international standards and local regulations.
The primary objective of the EMS and OHSMS audits for the Arliga Ecoworld 4D Project was to ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards, while also identifying areas for improvement in environmental management and occupational health and safety practices. The Catalyst Group adopted a systematic approach, including detailed site assessments, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, to deliver actionable recommendations that would enhance compliance and safety performance on the project.
