The primary objective of the project was to significantly reduce injury rates related to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and confined space entry across Company X’s global chemical manufacturing facilities. To achieve this, the project involved a comprehensive safety audit, the development of standardized procedures, enhanced training programs, and the implementation of advanced safety technologies. The approach focused on addressing gaps in current safety practices, ensuring compliance with global standards, and fostering a stronger safety culture within the organization.
